DBF is a company Limited by guarantee, not for profit and is listed at Companies House.

Deeside Business Forum engages with businesses by virtual bulletins and newsletters, Social Media and other available media including TV & Radio, local newspapers and periodicals and is the umbrella four further forums, each having a steering group and if possible chaired by a Board Member.

The fora have an important part in business engagement, holding Strategic meetings and conferences under DBF brand attracting upwards of 100 delegates (the biggest was 300+ at Theatre Clwyd for the Brexit Debate Jan 2019). These meetings are geared at Senior Managers of companies within a catchment to 50+ miles and attended by The Rt. Hon. Lord Jones as President, MPs and AMs, depending on the subject matter which is usually of Strategic and national importance.
