Sandycroft Area Forum for Enterprise (SAFE Forum)

Your local Business Forum and Network

The Sandycroft Area Forum for Enterprise, otherwise known as SAFE, is a means of promoting growth and industry in the area, by building lasting and meaningful business relationships.

Originally inspired by the Deeside Industrial Park Forum initiated by Askar Sheibani (MD at Comtek Network Systems), the forum offers significant benefits to its members by way of networking opportunities, sharing of best practice, public information, and much more.

Lord Barry Jones who has agreed to be President of SAFE gave a rousing speech at the event about the specific history of the area and was extremely complimentary of what the forum had already achieved. “In all my years of public service this is one of the best organised and most successful community business launches I have had the pleasure of being involved with,” he said.

Chair, Mark Whitfield, is committed to growing the forum to ensure local businesses benefit from information and initiatives from fellow businesses, the council, and government. Each forum gives businesses an opportunity to have a voice and to share their expertise and insights.

We remain committed to developing SAFE and encouraging all our business neighbours to join the forum to build a better sense of business community and benefit from a collective voice.
