Justine Watinkson is Head of the Employment Law team at HM3 Legal working with businesses across the North west and Wales.

Justine’s clients regularly provide feedback that she is extremely client focused and provides easy to understand and practical advice in their HR and Employment law matters. She implements and delivers focussed support and strategic advice in the employment and HR space for SME’s across a wide range of sectors including professional services, food and drink, manufacturing, retail, logistics, recruitment and advanced engineering.
In 2019, Justine became the Group Engagement Director. Her role to be an outward facing ambassador of the firm with the principal goal, to be front and centre of understanding what our clients really need, maybe before they even know it themselves. The purpose to ensure that the HM3 Legal Group can provide value added products and services beyond the more mundane and tradition legal services and to work with those businesses as their go to trusted advisors as they grow and develop.
